Structured CBT & ACT Group Therapy for Internationals in Munich

I offer weekly therapy groups designed for internationals living in Germany who are looking for emotional support and meaningful connection with others navigating similar experiences.

The groups combine structured Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) with guided discussion, reflection, and practical tools you can use in everyday life. Sessions are designed to help you better understand yourself, navigate stress and emotional challenges more effectively, and build stronger relationships with your loved ones back home as well as new people you meet here.

You do not need prior therapy experience to participate. The group is intended to be supportive, welcoming, and grounded in real-life change rather than clinical jargon.

Sessions are conducted in native-level English in a warm and confidential environment.
